Computer Science
BSc Second Class Honours, Upper Division (2 I)
Studying for four years in Computer Science at Loughborough University, I graduated in September 2012 with a 2:1 honours degree.
During my time at university I have studied many different modules including operating systems, networks, mathematics, data mining, object orientated programming and artificial inteligence so have a knowledge in a broad spectrum of topics.
As well as studying various modules in my final year I had to undertake a year long final year project, which required me on my own to build a complete working system. I was awarded a first class for it and the final product can be seen here fyp.crazydino.net.
I have a genuine interest in computer vision, security, databases and computer programming, and spend much of my time (as well as for revision purposes) creating small light weight applications to carry out various tasks and functions, some of which can be found on my programming page.
Since finishing university I still spend some of my free time researching and developing my computing skills in a variety of different areas including new and emerging technologies, hardware, software, algorithms, security and programming languages.
